We believe in providing excellent service to our clients, our suppliers, our community…and to ourselves. We have found that in order to continue our growth, importance to clients and relevance to our suppliers, we must continue to educate ourselves to the newest technologies available while at the same time re-invent ourselves in the way we go to market. We are consciously committed to be the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful resource for Commercial Architects and Designers, as well as Developers and Contractors in our Industry.

In order for us to perform to the level you expect from us, we moved in January 09 into our new Corporate Offices in Fullerton which doubled our space and capacity. We recently opened our fourth and newest “Design Library” for the local architects and designers to use as their own, at our Corporate Office. Our other design libraries are conveniently located in San Francisco, Santa Monica, and San Diego. We invite you to visit these design libraries, as they give architects and designers the opportunity to see the tremendous selection of new technologies that are being introduced, especially in the large formats that are impossible to bring in to their offices.

As for the developers and contractors, we have listened to their comments and “constructive criticisms” regarding long lead times, and “Fast Track Projects”. So we have increased our inventory by three times! We have also created our “Quick Ship” program which can be sent by PDF to all of our contractors and developers showing them not only quantities of what we have available, but pictures of what the tiles look like. This has been an amazing success for us. Have a Fast Track Project? Bring them on!

Our continuing effort to strive for excellence has been working, even in these challenging times, because we represent incredibly progressive, vibrant and responsive factories, work with the most visionary, talented architects and designers in the world and I believe we have a winning team that continues to learn, grow and commit themselves to do what it takes. We are truly blessed by having the best staff possible who understands that Excellence is a habit, and that we must stay focused on our task, that is why we continue to grow in every way.
